At Kamil Esthetique, I truly value your time and sincerely appreciate that you’ve chosen me for your care. I also want to be fair to all clients who are waiting for appointments. For that reason, I kindly ask that you keep the following in mind:
RESCHEDULING
You are always welcome to reschedule 48 hours or more in advance with no penalty.
CANCELLATION

If you need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment — there will be no charge.

Cancellations made within 48 hours (without a valid reason) will result in a $50 charge to the credit card on file.
NO-SHOWS
If you are unable to attend your appointment without providing notice, it will be considered a no-show, and a $50 charge will be applied to the card on file.
LATE ARRIVALS

Please arrive on time so we can enjoy your full treatment together.

If you are more than 30 minutes late without notifying me, your appointment may need to be canceled and will be considered a no-show (a $50 charge will apply).
